Create a lifestyle of love & balance by building & designing dental practices for ourselves and our clients over the last 30+ years.

Our mission has always been to not only build a beautiful space, but first and foremost create a streamlined process with an in-house team that does it all- taking the guesswork out of this challenging process.

We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest standards of excellence, thus we limit the number of clients every year, to ensure our undivided attention required for the success of your project.

A Husband & Wife Duo

Lisa is an award-winning orthodontist, author, mother, mentor and philanthropist. Cary is the founder of a first of it’s kind, multi-specialty dental practice, dad,( king of “dad" jokes), triathlete, former marathon runner and chef.

Years of training with the top-rated dental consultants in the country, elite marketing gurus, the Disney Institute and the highly regarded Ritz Carlton company, equipped them with the necessary background and specific tools required to build key systems into their respective practices, growing them to multiple 7 figure, highly productive businesses.

Blending uncommon service with strong core values embedded into the DNA of their practices, allowed them to attract top talent, while mentoring multiple associate doctors, who, in turn, went on to open their own practices, applying what they learned from time spent working alongside them.
